I was surprised at the thinness of the sheets at first - thinking they wouldn't hold up, but I was wrong. They washed up nicely, didn't need ironing, and they are very smooth and luxurious. The deep corners and side-seams help them stay in place on the bed. The only complaint that I have is that the comforter tends to slide around a bit more with these sheets because they have that silky smoothness, but I would buy them again.
